Noble 2016/17
I will be very disappointed if Noble is in our starting 11 next season. There, I've said it.

A commanding caprain's performsnce, not a misplaced pass. A couple of Cruyf turns. Got stuck in. Ran like his life (club) depended upon it. Scored a brace (the second of which was pure genius).

I worry for that silly cunt Fordstar. I know it's a longshot, but if he has got a mate on here - put an arm round him (Lineker to Gascoigne style).

Best captain since Billy

Alex V...

That is comedy GOLD from you.

Most pundits that have played the game at the highest level?

I'll take their opinion over a Barry Evans lookalike.

Most pundits are buffoons.

He's been superb this season.

Seems most pundits that know / have played the game agree.

Great servant, great player and great bloke.

Re: Noble 2016/17
He's had a brilliant season and is a perfect fit for us, but I personally wouldn't have him anywhere near the England team.

The reason so many get arsey about it though, is because Hodgson picks others who aren't as good, purely because of who they play for.

Without checking I'm guessing it was that twat who gave Cleverley some caps and that makes a mockery of Noble not even being given a chance when he's been on form.

Instead of throwing abuse out at someones opinion on a forum site to discuss exactly that, opinions, perhaps you should give your own opinion and actual reasons why you feel he should be in the team.

I stand by my statement that he isn't at that level. I don't agree with some of the players Roy picks but I am also reasonable and can understand why he hasn't picked Noble. I love the guy and he has given a lot to our club, especially this season. I just feel he lacks what is needed for that level, in my opinion of course if that's okay with you.

Maybe opinions just differ on a player.

Re: Noble 2016/17
Just to check I have this right, a few weeks ago people were spitting blood at Noble's exclusion from the national team, and now a few weeks later he's shit and should be nowhere near our first team. Only on WHO.

He's good enough to play for England?

Unlike you to go fishing Macca son?

"but he just isn't at that level. "

More absolute shit from you. He's good enough to play for England, as he plays a better standard of Football every week.

The Manager who has helped humiliate the country in the last 2 major tournaments just doesn't fancy him. I can live with that.

Re: Noble 2016/17
Got to be honest, when there was all the england talk the only person I felt was overlooked was Cresswell, especially when Bertrand pulled out.

He's probably behind Bertrand and Rose but for Hodgson to try and call Gibbs up after he's been warming the bench all season was odd.

Noble won't be at the Euro's. Feel sorry for him as you can tell he really wants it, but he just isn't at that level.

Re: Noble 2016/17
I've no idea whether any of the top ten clubs would want to sign Noble, and neither have you, beyond your guess, based on your opinion that Noble is crap.

So that's "proving" Noble is crap, by assuming that Noble is crap.

TopGun 1:30 Tue Apr 19
Re: Noble 2016/17
Does he actually think he has a chance getting into the england squad?

Hodgson was probably laughing to himself, when Noble was subbed off at 60mins.

Here's a question... Who in the TOP 10 of the Premier League would sign Noble??

No one.

Not good enough.

Re: Noble 2016/17
He's not really consistent enough to be a constant starter but who do you replace him with? Was terrible against Leicester.

Thank God he's not taking set pieces anymore. What a complete waste of years of opportunties that's been.

Re: Noble 2016/17
Again rely on Payet or WHO's finest as their opinion of Mark Noble.

Tough choice.
